1. Age Restriction

Participation is strictly limited to individuals aged 18 and over. No exceptions will be made. A valid government-issued ID may be required to confirm your age prior to participation.
2. Health and Safety

VR experiences may cause motion sickness, nausea, dizziness, disorientation, headaches, or other physical symptoms. If you experience any of these, notify a staff member and remove the VR headset immediately.

VR is not recommended for individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, including but not limited to epilepsy, heart conditions, or sensitivity to flashing lights. Consult with a medical professional if you have concerns about participating.

Immerse Spaces is not liable for any potential vision problems or impairments that may occur during or after your participation in the VR experience. Prolonged use of VR headsets may lead to temporary eye strain or discomfort; please consult a medical professional if any symptoms persist.
3. Physical Injuries

Immerse Spaces is not liable for injuries such as slips, falls, collisions, or any accidents resulting from disorientation or movement while wearing the VR headset. Participants are responsible for being aware of their surroundings and following all safety instructions provided.

Immerse Spaces is not responsible for injuries resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to comply with staff instructions.
4. Equipment Use and Liability

Participants must handle all VR equipment with care. Tampering, mishandling, or failure to follow staff instructions may result in damage.

If VR equipment or any related property is damaged or broken during your session due to negligence or misuse, you will be required to pay a replacement fee of $800 USD.
5. Punctuality Policy

Participants must arrive on time for their scheduled session. Late arrivals of more than 5 minutes will result in the cancellation of the session, as we are unable to adjust session times.
6. Appointment Changes

Immerse Spaces reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or other operational needs.
7. Marketing and Contact Permissions
By signing this agreement, you grant Immerse Spaces permission to collect, store, and use the following information for marketing and promotional purposes:

Photos, videos, or recordings of you during your VR experience.

Feedback, testimonials, or reviews you voluntarily provide about your experience.

Contact information (email address, phone number) for the purpose of sending promotional offers, updates, and news related to Immerse Spaces.
This information may be used on platforms such as social media, our website, digital advertisements, email campaigns, or other promotional materials. Immerse Spaces will handle your information responsibly and will not sell your personal data to third parties.
If you do not wish to have your photos, videos, or testimonials used for marketing purposes or receive marketing communications, please inform a staff member prior to your session.
8. Personal Responsibility

By participating, you acknowledge that you are engaging at your own risk. Immerse Spaces, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, accidents, adverse physical reactions, or future health issues (including vision-related problems) that occur during or after the experience.
9. Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please follow all instructions provided by staff to ensure your safety and the safety of others.
